China: October MAP exports down 61%

China's MAP exports in October dropped 61% year on year to 111,787 mt bringing January-October MAP exports up 50% year on year to a record 2.4 million mt, according to IHS GTA data. In October, China's MAP exports to Brazil plunged 97% to 6,789 mt from 213,536 mt, shipments to Argentina rose 60% to 31,415 mt and exports to Malaysia rose 97% to 10,791 mt. The drop in October is mainly related to higher domestic values for MAP.
