Prices for sulphuric acid exports from East Asian smelters were assessed unchanged at $0-25/mt FOB Japan/South Korea spot and contract, with spot price ideas focused around the upper end of the range. Sellers said they were seeking prices into the upper $20s/mt FOB on spot sales, and believed that such levels were achievable on cargoes for February and March.
