Prices for DAP barges still vary this week, but the spread is tighter than last week. Recent business is reported at $336-347/st FOB for DAP, with Mosaic and some traders reporting business around the top of the spread. Last week DAP barge transactions were cited at $324-345/st FOB New Orleans.

Midwest DAP values gained $5-10/st on average to as much as $380/st FOB, while MAP 11-52-0 gained about $20/st to as much as $390/st FOB thanks to fall demand, especially for acres planned for soybeans in the coming spring. There was very little variation in DAP/MAP postings across the region.
