Saudi Arabia: Sabic claims urea sale at $300/mt FOB

Sabic reported the sale of 25,000 mt granular urea to an unnamed trader at $300/mt FOB Jubail for November shipment to Southeast Asia. This was up at least $15/mt on last week's indicated prices. SIUCI subsequently reported a sale at $290/mt FOB for late November shipment. Returns from India via awards issued by RCF at $291.72/mt CFR are meanwhile assessed to reflect about $274/mt FOB, and new sales off inbound carriers in Thailand at $295/mt CFR are reflecting slightly higher netbacks. The non-US netback range for the week is posted accordingly.
