Egypt's Evergrow to expand Sadat City DCP plant

Egypt's Evergrow is planning a third phase of its DCP project currently under construction at Sadat City, the company confirmed September 28. Phase one production of around 100,000 mt/year DCP will begin in 2018 with output doubling by 2019. By 2021 the plant is expected to produce 600,000 mt/year of complex fertilizers, 500,000 mt/year DCP and 700,000 mt/year sulphuric acid, Evergrow said.
