India: June ammonia imports increase 4%

India imported 224,443 mt ammonia in June 2017, a 4% increase on June 2016, according to IHS GTA trade data. Total ammonia deliveries in the first half of this year were 1.12 million mt, a slight decline of 1% year on year. India sourced 357,371 mt ammonia from Iran, a rise of 53% on the prior year. Imports from Saudi Arabia were 259,853 mt, down 1%.
