Chile: January-July acid imports up 30%

Chile’s July imports of sulphuric acid increased 14% year on year to 188,559 mt, leaving the volume for the first seven months of the year up 30% at 1.34 million mt. Peru remained the main source of Chilean imports, supplying 75,562 mt in July and 675,170 mt over the seven-month period.
