France: January-July MOP imports up 12%

France imported 51,671 mt MOP in July, leaving arrivals in January through that month up 12% year on year at 515,216 mt, IHS GTA data show. The July volume was down 10% from the same month of 2016, with 22,949 mt received from K+S. In January-July, France imported 228,904 mt MOP from K+S, a 34% increase year on year. Arrivals of re- exported product from Belgium were stable at 109,484 mt.
