Samuel Beckett's characters Vladimir and Estragon in his 1953 play "Waiting for Godot" come to mind to many producers, endusers and traders as the wait for an Indian urea tender continues to prolong. Initial excitement that began in late July over the expected new outlet for granular and prilled urea has subsided. Global suppliers now are more interested in competing for other albeit more modest demand elsewhere.
