Southeast Asia: Potash prices up on tender talks

Prices of standard MOP in Southeast Asia were assessed higher this week as discussions over tenders for arrival in the first half of 2018 took place at the IFA Crossroads conference in Shanghai. Most market participants indicated average levels for Malaysia and Indonesia in the $250s/mt CFR and offers as high as $260-270/mt CFR were reported by both producers and distributors.
