Europe: Jan-May key regions' DAP imports up 22%

DAP imports in the first five months of 2017 for major European DAP buying regions were up 22% year on year at 1.0 million mt, according to the latest data from IHS GTA. Belgium imported 173,259 mt DAP in the first five months of 2017, an 81% increase year on year. Shipments from Morocco rose to 54,097 mt from 10,627 mt and imports from Russia/Lithuania increased 44% to 109,426 mt.
