Tunisia: Delays to TSP/DAP expansions on Covid-19

GCT has pushed back the planned increase in DAP/TSP production in Tunisia until later in 2020 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, according to market sources. The company has yet to confirm the rumoured delays to its previous schedule. The second DAP unit at Gabes was set to resume in the second quarter after a revamp. It would bring nameplate DAP capacity to 600-650,000 t/year.
