Brazil: BPC sells 25,000 t gMOP at $250/t CFR

BPC reported the sale of 25,000 t granular MOP for December shipment to Brazil at $250/t CFR. The price falls in the middle of this week’s market assessment, which is stable at $245-255/t CFR. Other Brazil gMOP price indications also continue to fall within the range of $245-255/t CFR. Some importers suggest that sales at the upper end are challenging for producers to achieve, while some producers claim there is no availability below $250/t CFR.
