Indonesia achieved record-high palm oil exports of 36.18 Mt in 2019, Reuters reported February 3, citing data from the Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI). The volume was reportedly up 4.2% year on year on the back of increased demand from China, the Middle East and African markets, which offset lower demand from top buyer India.
