Spot prices for sulphuric acid cargoes to Brazil were assessed down on an indicative basis at $25-30/t CFR from $25-35/t as new business was awaited. The last reported sale was around $26/t CFR, with no new sales heard in recent weeks. Some enquiries from buyers such as Timac are expected again soon, and prices are widely expected to decline further on the next Brazil deals.
