Spot prices for sulphur cargoes to China were again assessed up on an indicative basis at $75-85/t CFR from $75-80/t for granular and crushed lump tonnes, although there continued to be a lack of confirmed spot sales. Traders were heard bidding into the mid-$80s/t CFR for cargoes to the Yangtze River but could not source any volumes. Major end users in southern China were more comfortable and not willing to push prices up.
