Brazil: Assessment down further as demand lacking

Spot prices for sulphur cargoes to Brazil were assessed down at $71-76/t CFR from $71-78/t CFR, and some sources believed even the lower high end was now out of the market. Mosaic has over the past two weeks purchased cargoes at $72/t, $74/t and $75/t CFR and said it is now well-covered and out of the market unless it receives a much cheaper offer. CMOC earlier this month bought a spot cargo for end-July/early August loading around the upper end of the range, sources said.
