Black Sea: Suppliers hold back supply ahead of tender

No new prills sales are reported concluded out of the Black Sea again this week. Most suppliers are suggested holding back from selling urea ahead of the floating of a fresh import tender in India, now expected early next week. AGT is expected to have 40-45,000 t prills for sale late November while 35,000 t is available from DniproAzot and Ostchem.
