US Midwest: Nutrien moves potash over $300/st

Nutrien reported late December 8 it will close its Q1, 2021 order book for potash this week at the recently announced increase of $20/st and up $50/st since its summer f ill program. By the end of the week, business was reported by independent distributors up to $325/st FOB, af ter starting around $290/st FOB. Some sellers said they were f inding competition closer to $315/st FOB in some areas even at the end of the market week.
