Spot prices for sulphur sales to India were assessed up at $110-120/t CFR from $102-110/t, with the low end of the range less likely on new business. PPL closed its latest purchase tender December 14, sources said. Offers were initially reported around $120/t CFR, and the session was reportedly awarded at $119/t CFR, though this was not yet confirmed. The buyer awarded its last purchase tender in mid-November at $102/t CFR for 35,000 t.
