Spot prices for sulphur exports from the US Gulf were assessed up on an indicative basis at $45-48/t FOB from $42-45/t following feedback from market participants. Recent prices in Brazil have climbed into the $70s/t CFR, likely netting back around the upper end of the published US Gulf range or potentially even higher. There were rumours of smaller sales in the low $50s/t FOB, but these were not confirmed.
