China: Q1 sulphur imports decline 24%

China's sulphur imports for March declined 29% year on year to 582,627 t, leaving the volume for Q1 down 24% at 2.17 Mt, according to customs data. The UAE was the number one origin for the quarter with 621,033 t, up from 268,556 t, though it supplied only 74,084 t in March.
