Saudi Arabia: DAP price rises to $295/t FOB on new sales

Saudi Arabian DAP/MAP prices rose this week on 135,000 t of new deals from Ma’aden and Sabic to multiple markets. Ma’aden sold another 40,000 t DAP to multiple customers in Kenya in the mid $310s/t CFR, or roughly $295/t FOB for end February/early March shipment. Sabic also said it concluded another 25,000 t DAP to East Africa, 30,000 t DAP to India and 40,000 t MAP to Brazil, each for March loading. The company added that it is now sold out for March shipment.
