Europe: Further Q1 settlements confirmed at rollover

European sulphur contracts for the first quarter of 2019 have been published at a rollover from Q4 2018 following confirmation from further parties. Increases were unlikely given sulphur price falls across the globe over the course of Q4 2018 and into 2019, while decreases were challenging due to tight availability and the fact that European buyers are still not paying a premium for sulphur purchases relative to most other regions.
