I believe it is as mistake to take umbrage about Liz Bonnin's BBC programme Meat: A Threat to our Planet? and accuse them of damaging UK farming (News and Leader, 29 November).On the contrary, the Beeb has provided us with a golden opportunity to publicise how different our grass-fed systems are and how much better regulated. We will need all the ammunition we can get to counter zero-tariff imports post-Brexit.
