Rig hired for Brasse East probe

Faroe Petroleum and Point Resources have hired a rig to drill the Brasse East exploration well in Production Licence 740 (PL 740) offshore Norway. The partners have awarded the rig contract to Transocean for the Transocean Arctic semi-submersible rig, with drilling operations expected to start in Q4 2018.
