Lukoil wraps Congo block buy

Russia’s Lukoil has completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in the Eni-operated Marine XII project in the Republic of Congo from New Age M12 Holdings for?US $800m in cash. The deal was announced in June 2019 and now all conditions have been met, including the approval by the government.
