Eni wraps Indonesia sale

Italy’s Eni has completed the transfer of a 20% stake in the East Sepinggan Area offshore Indonesia to Neptune Energy Group. Eni will continue as operator with a 65% stake in the East Sepinggan Area off East Kalimantan. The area holds the Merakes development and the Merakes East discovery. The remaining partners are PT Pertamina Hulu Energi East Sepinggan (15%) and Neptune Energy East Sepinggan (20%).
