L'Oreal to build second site in India

French cosmetics giant French cosmetics giant L'Oreal is looking to invest Rs 400 crore to establish a production facility in Himachal, India, IBN Live reports. The manufacturing plant is expected to be constructed in the industrial belt of the Solan district, becoming L'Oreal's second plant in India after Pune, and first unit in northern India, according to state Industries Minister Krishan Kapoor.
