Shell submits Bratwurst plan

Shell has submitted an environment plan to drill an exploration well on the Bratwurst prospect in the AC/P64 permit offshore Western Australia. The Bratwurst-1 well is located in the Northern Browse Basin at a water depth of around 155m (509ft). Shell plans to use a semi-submersible off- shore drilling rig for the well, which is targeting gas/condensate. Drilling is due to start as early as mid-2019.
