Shell wraps GoM equity sale

Shell has completed the sale of its 22.45% non- operated stake in the Caesar-Tonga asset in the US Gulf of Mexico to Equinor. The deal is subject to approval of the lease assignments by the regulator. The total cash sum value of the contract was US $965m.
