Santos to farm out Beehive

Santos is in talks with potential partners to farm- out a stake in WA-488-P, which holds the Beehive prospect, offshore Australia. The WA-488-P is currently fully owned by Melbana. Santos has an agreement with Melbana to acquire an 80% stake in the permit in return for paying for the full cost of the Beehive-1 explo- ration well.
