Shell wraps UK farm-in

Shell has completed a farm-in deal with Egdon Resources for licences P1929 and P2304 offshore the UK, which contain the Resolution and Endeavour gas discoveries. Shell signed the farm-in agreement to acquire a 70% stake of Egdon Resources' P1929 and P2304 licences in January 2020. It was agreed that Shell would also be appointed as operator.
