Thailand’s vessel operator Mermaid Maritime has set up a subsidiary in the UK with the goal of offering its services in the North Sea. Mermaid said that it had incorporated an indi- rect wholly owned subsidiary, Mermaid Subsea Services UK Limited (MSS UK), in the United Kingdom on 7 February.
