KrisEnergy sells Vietnam asset

KrisEnergy has entered into a farm-out deal with a “major international oil and gas company” for the transfer of its 100% stake in the Block 115/09 Production Sharing Contract (PSC) offshore Vietnam for “a nominal cash consideration”. Singapore’s KrisEnergy said that the sale was undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary KrisEnergy Vietnam 115 Ltd.
