Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has won a contract to provide BP Azerbaijan with international payroll and person- nel support services, including training services. Petrofac said that the five-year contract, worth around US $100m to the JV, would support the provision of international payroll and personnel support services.
