Thailand's PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) said Tuesday it plans to spend $3.1 billion in 2018 as it tries to curb declines in its production. Spending in 2017 is expected to be around $2.9 billion. Some 60% of 2018 spending will be dedicated to sustaining production levels at the company's existing projects, including the Bongkot and Arthit projects in Thailand.
