China Runs Tumble From October Levels

China's refining throughput tumbled by around 140,000 b/d in November, down from 12.48 million b/d the previous month and the September record of 12.54 million b/d, partly due to weak domestic gasoline and gasoil margins (IOD Nov.15'18). But November refining runs were 2.9% - or over 300,000 b/d - higher than last year at 12.34 million b/d, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
