Pertamina Seeks Operator Role at Rokan

Indonesia’s Pertamina has submitted a formal proposal to the government to take over operatorship of the Rokan Block from Chevron after the concession license expires in 2021. A Pertamina official told International Oil Daily that the state-run firm is proposing to undertake an enhanced oil recovery project on the block, as requested by the government (IOD Jun.8’18).
