Yemen’s Houthi rebels launched a series of missile and drone attacks on the Saudi capital of Riyadh and the southern Saudi provinces of Najran and Jizan late Monday, according to Houthi and Saudi sources. These and separate Houthi reports of widespread Saudi bombing of Yemeni targets all point to a significant escalation in a conflict in which critical Saudi oil infrastructure has been targeted over the last year or so.
