Nigeria Grapples With Rare Gasoline Surplus

After years of wrestling with fuel shortages, Nigeria now finds itself with an embarrassment of gasoline riches as a result of measures taken to curb the spread of Covid-19. The country - infamous for the long, winding lines at its filling stations - has filled up its onshore storage and also has some 1.5 million tons (10.9 million barrels) aboard tankers that are waiting offshore to discharge, trading sources report.
