Russia Offers New Terms to Belarus

Moscow has submitted a new proposal on the pricing of Russian crude oil supplies to Belarus that could help resolve the ongoing dispute between the two neighboring countries. The dispute has already started to raise concerns among European customers that receive oil from the Druzhba pipeline which runs west from Russia through Belarus.
