Russneft Touts Higher Dividends, Output

Russian midsized independent Russneft intends to boost dividend payments by almost 50% in 2019 and to more than double them in the coming years after the company has repaid its long- term debt. The company also harbors future upstream growth ambitions that will partly depend on the outcome of the Opec-plus production cut deal.
