Libya’s National Oil Corp. (NOC) posted revenues of $2.2 billion in October, a 21% rise over September. Libya’s oil output reached 1.223 million b/d in October (IOD Nov.4’19). The October revenues include cargo receipts from a busy late September loading schedule. "Despite significant security challenges on the ground and a drop in oil prices, NOC delivered increased revenues in October through uninterrupted production and higher sales,” NOC Chairman Mustafa Sanalla said in a statement.
