Brazil's Petrobras said Friday its board had approved an increase in shares that will be available in its public offer later this month. Petrobras said earlier it would offer 3.75 billion shares with a possibility of increasing the offering by 10% if demand is strong. But on Friday, the company upped that number to 20%.
