1. Naphtha tanker bookings began re-emerging for long-haul eastbound voyages, despite less Russian product arriving in northwest Europe. Fuel oil continued to sail to both the Mideast Gulf and Singapore. 2. Novatek, Azeri Socar and Trafigura booked tankers to load 207,000t of Russian naphtha on 13-30 July, including 127,000t from Ust-Luga on the Baltic Sea - most of which will probably discharge in northwest Europe - and 80,000t from the Black Sea port of Tuapse for delivery to Asia-Pacific. Russian exports are slowing as a result of increased domestic demand for gasoline blending. Naphtha's discount to North Sea Dated crude narrowed by 74¢/bl to $2.36/bl in the week to 11 July.
