Seaborne Urals exports to fall

Crude exports from Russian ports served by the Transneft system are scheduled almost 1pc higher on the month at 1.83mn b/d (7.5mn t) in September. Urals loadings at the Baltic port of Ust-Luga drop by more than a third to 264,000 b/d (1.1mn t) — the lowest since August 2019, when pipeline deliveries were restricted during the clean-up of of-specifcation crude in the Druzhba system.
