Domestic arbitrages between the Gulf coast and the northeast remained work- able, and exports to Mexico from the Gulf and west coasts were plentiful. Firm prices limited naphtha shipments to the Asia-Pacifc region. Slow demand and plentiful supply pressured vacuum gasoil (VGO). Demand to ship gasoline, diesel and jet fuel on the Colonial pipeline from the Gulf coast to the northeast continued to exceed supply. Jet fuel benefted from increased exports from New York Harbor to the east coast of Canada.
