摘要

Generally, the blast furnace produces hot metal in a tap-hole, but there is a limit to production rises of hot metal, recently, and it makes operation control difficult as deterioration in fuel and raw material quality. So the continuous tapping operation in blast furnace has been developed so as to fix these problems. The continuous tapping operation can produce hot metal in two tap-holes in normal times, the taphole clay to enable long-time tapping is required for stabilizing operation. Therefore, the developing direction of taphole clay for a continuous tapping operation is determined to produce non-oxide at its maximum.
