摘要

In order to facilitate extraction of perovskite (CaTiO3) phase from BF (Blast Furnace) slag bearing high TiO_2, microwave (MW) heating has been considered for inducing cracks in it. In order to understand the MW heating behavior, it is necessary to obtain electric field distribution in the MW oven. In this study, simulation of the electromagnetic wave propagation has been performed to obtain the electric field distribution in the oven, based on the measured permittivity values of the slag.
